But a little bit of Spirulina is accepted as food coloring so if BW & crew want to spin and pump it that way they might be able to bypass the dietary supplement restriction. The beverage would be a regular soda or water with "algae" food coloring... but knowing BW & crew would spin it as promoting a bunch of health benefits blah blah just because it contains a trace of "algae".

Replace Melatonin (dietary supplement) with Spirulina (dietary supplement) doesn't make a whole lot of sense at this point in the Brian Weber game. But could be why he may have sold off DLR Associates Inc and all those trademarks to Sam Scheider in preparation of pumping a completely new brand of beverage. Although it should make hardcore shareholders content and happy with "progress".
