There are some convertible notes out there, and they raised the A/S, so there is probably some dilution going on here. Just watching for now, but interesting. Hard to say what bottom is, but to maintain OTCQB status, they need to keep it over a penny, so my guess is they'll kill this a bit more, let it run, then bring it even lower later. Rinse and repeat...
