I still say these guys are not scammers, just in over their heads.

They really have no business degrees and no acumen for business.

Their employment with the big beverage companies in the past have been in sales, not management! Read their resumes and the past filings with warnings from the accounting firms doing the filings!

They are totally incompetent when it comes to managing a business.

I kept investing here because I assumed they would take the advise of the competent people on the company board of directors, men like Peter Busch and Joe Abrams that have built up multimillion dollar companies.

I guess these guys have huge egos and refuse to take the advice of those that know how to run a profitable business and make it successful.

Because of this, in the 2+ years I have been invested here, they have made countless costly mistakes and missteps that have crippled this company to the point to almost destroying it.

Will they get it right this time, or continue to screw things up?
