A proprietary formula that is described in related company literature using the words of another company's literature describing their own proprietary formula, a company with no apparent connection to WOGI that I can find, nor do the real-EPA technical bulletins suggest that the products are the same.

Is that company, Plutus Environmental, related to any of Nathan Hall's companies or not? Is that company still in business? Why does PRS© sound so much like that company's PRA©?

PRA© Petroleum Remediation Additive:

PRA
removes paraffin and wax from oil production and refining operations by returning the paraffin and wax to the original oil phase of the crude oil. PRA keeps tubing, rods, pumps and valves clean. PRA is also used to keep storage tanks, pipelines and transport trucks, railcars and vessels free of wax.

Seems like a pretty "simple simple" question.

BTW, there is an industrial looking building with "Plutus" on it in Knoxville, TN.

Where does "EPAI" manufacture their proprietary product?
