= 41,373,110 Hard Assets divided by 26,288,080 = $1.57 pr share.

Q-2 filing due 8/15 - might they re-adjust that "Real Estate" value number? I was in downtown Miami a few weeks back - never seen so many construction cranes at work? Mr. Icahn has been a busylittlebee over at V L T C and E N Z N - might he pay some interest over here - buy some more shares??

Added recently to my poke at 1.28 and sleeping soundly with money invested here.
