Please tell me if I'm wrong: LLBO has no needs to dilute or raise money. They are not going to the market with any product. Cyrcadia is. Cyrcadia is raising money in the private sector. Since LLBO holds the patents but "gave" those to Cyrcadia in exchange for shares (now 40%) (and future gains), diluting Cyrcadia will have the same effect on LLBO.

still going for that Italian castle...????????
