The name isn't new. The business model and existing company is very much alive and thriving. It's only the cusip number that is new and the name was changed to the existing private company before the merger acquisition but it isn't new by any means. The quarterly is out if you didn't know.

LHPT was simply the vessel for Supurva to go public quickly and the more cost effective method.

It sucks having to use a used ticker to enter the market but we'll deal with it I guess.
