Bellweather is a company that puts out fluff pr's for companies that pride themselves for not putting out fluff pr's. Bellweather is paid for putting out these lame pr's, usually they're compensated with shares of the companies stock. If you check on the companies that use Bellweather services, you will see that they are all losers.
