And just how is the hoped for "reinstatement" going to happen? The ex-CEO has been in hiding for over three years trying to avoid lawsuits. No office. No phone. No email. No assets. No patents. No personnel. No filing with the SEC since 2007. Revoked by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Cited and fined for fourteen counts of fraud by the SEC. It is, and has always been, a scam.
