Is she convicted and on a probationary release? Or is she pending trial and released on condition?

Can you get a copy of those conditions from the court? Curious if she is violating any of them. Also if she was involved in printing and sending out stock certificates, she may be in violation of Section 17(a) and Section 15(b) of the Exchange Act while acting as a transfer agent.

Which would violate her conditions of release and back in the hole she goes.
