Have not seen 2nd 8k yet, TimeB I saw same article and absolutely shortys are way up everywhere thinking crash is coming due to Greece, China, Puerto Rico and etc... they love the fear!!!

Like right now, CBDS had nice run to $3 and "6" market makers have a sell order in L2 for $3. I freaking hate shortys and the SEC for blatant disregard for enforcing their own rules. The SEC needs a class action suit against them for "neglect" of responsibilities. This is not oversight it is blatant disregard for their responsibilities!

We need about 100k shares buying for 2 weeks straight to shake these shortys and force a scramble to cover!
