I don't think that would be legal. And if they tried to- Honeywell would pitch a fit unless they both had some back alley deal to screw us and share all our IP lol. I don't think that will happen now that HW has presented with us publicly and we have other connections to America Makes/DARPA/EWI/Los Alamos. It would be very bad press for GE, IMO. Not saying they couldn't risk it and just kill us dragging out a lawsuit…. but I think with as many inroads as we've made, our friends in high places would prove useful even in that kind of dire, worst-case scenario. HW have been straight-shooters so far; I really don't see them going for that or putting up with it since they bought a PrintRite (plus Deform) outright and I am sure would like the ability to purchase more without funding a competitor.
