I have no doubt CBD will eventually be legalized and widely used. It's just a matter of time. I listened to a 3 hour radio show the yesterday on Coast to Coast, all about Marijuana. http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2015/07/11

The second guest; a doctor who wrote "Stoned: A Doctors Case For Medical Marijuana," thinks CBDs should be and will be legalized. It is the main medicinal part of the plant, more than THC. And he was saying even with all the anecdotal evidence out there, it is still evidence. Until more clinical trials can get done, he has started a kickstarter to get funding for a website to collect all this anecdotal evidence. Then they can use that as a starting point for further research. They are raising money to make it into an app, and to help with funding legalization, and i forget what else.
