Exactly!!! I love how people spout of crap as fact. If there are facts of a RS lets see them if not why run around screaming about it. Someone saying they think a company might do a RS vs saying they already have one approved are TWO DIFFERENT things all together. I would hope and pray certain people know the difference but it looks like we are not always that lucky. Also Like I pointed out Yesterday most of the 19 million shares sold were sold by a board member that left the board last year. Also 90% of the shares sold were not open market sells. Lets stick to the actual facts and not opinions. If its in a filing then great and lets hope people actually read and understand the filings. If not then lets not state stuff for fact that is not. That is what we like to call DD!!!
