OCPI: Attention all bottom feeders.

This company has lots of cash and zero debt, currently very undervalued in my opinion.

I know most of you here are penny players, but if you're looking for a little less risk, do your DD on OCPI-we're talking about a listed nasdaq stock, not some pinkie. I'm hoping for 3 bucks short term.

Check out the double bottom at 2 bucks. Strong support here. If we break 2.75, she'll just keep going.
