Must be a fluke. I emailed IR about the Proxy statement. Shockingly no reply.

I am currently and unfortunately an investor in HEB. I see you now have a proxy statement out, can you seriously be asking investors to vote to authorize more share to "reward" executives with performance and incentive bonuses????
Please explain how and why this "incentive" is necessary? You have virtually no revenue and a plummeting share price. You issued a PR about presenting at Marcum and to the best of my knowledge no one from HEB showed up. If that's incorrect please prove me wrong.
How about showing investors some real results that justify additional compensation and then ask us to authorize more shares. The more I look into this company the more I feel like I am in an overpriced OTC stock.
