Thank you for writing. Yes the current float remains the same at 46,312,028 with the issued and outstanding at 463,000,000. We have updated the OTC Markets profile but they have not yet approved our update which is not unusual for OTCM.
Contrary to opinion there have been no new shares added to the float since rule 144 is not available to any restricted stock holders.
Hopefully later today OTCM will reflect the update.
