Just the fact that they are Government APPROVED with AWARDED CONTRACTS throws any scam nonsense out the window.

There is no fraud here as the Government does not award contracts to frauds and scams. Just being approved to bid on Government contracts is a lengthy process and qualifies Supurva as legitimate.
