LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - July 13, 2015) - Orsu Metals Corporation (the "Company") (TSX:OSU)(AIM:OSU), the London-based precious and base metals exploration and development company, announces that it today received a notification by Metal Tiger PLC ("Metal Tiger"), that as at July 10, 2015, it was interested in 5,500,000 of the common shares of no par value of the Company representing a 3.01% interest.
