It's apples and oranges - both are good for you. I drink VitaminFizz every night with my dinner, rather than a soda water. Controlling free radicals with antioxidants is a great thing, and although you can do both things - control antioxidants and get your vitamins - from healthy foods, many of us want to assure ourselves with a little extra help, or because we don't eat healthy foods.

I named a jam band I was doing on Mondays, "Free Radicals", because most jammers were wannabe musicians who got drunk, got in their cars, and probably went out and did the same damage to our city as free radicals do to our bodies. lol People may not know what they really are, but they love the name! lol
