Back in Feb., K B I O got pounded down to 1/2 Hard Cash at pps .37 - then proceeded with a pop to .90

I've grown to utilize crazy flipper-fingers, but a .50 pps here is well in my sights. Why the madding-sellers pound these bio-misses down to 1/2 Hard Cash amazes me? What do they think? Management will just blow their own Cash out over the next 12 months or so?

Expecting news here any minute. One of those BS announcements that the news (CC) is coming would be ideal?
