That's only partially correct. Vita moved to Chicago after the buy out and got the Walgreens contract, not the Walmart contract. Misunderstanding there. Walmart CA was taken by Apple Tree and felt they were get screwed by Walmart and pulled their clinics out.

You can verify this by searching vITA SOUND + Walgreens and Apple tree + wALMART ca.ca.

Vita is now going public again. That will verify too with goog search.
