Wednesday June 7, 8:00 am ET

TUCSON, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 7, 2006 -- Environmental Technologies International, Inc. (Other OTC:EMTI.PK - News) is pleased to announce that CGM Services Inc. of Tampa, Florida, has offered to donate its services by installing the commercial prototype of AWE at the "Give Kids The World Village" Gingerbread House Restaurant. Mr. Charles, who is a member of AWE's Advisory Board, pledged his Company's assistance following his recent visit to GKTW Village with AWE Engineering executives.

A recognized HVAC expert, Mr. Charles is President of CGM Services Inc., a Tampa, Florida based HVAC services company that has served the Tampa Bay area for nearly thirty years, and which has annual revenues exceeding $10,000,000. CGM Services Inc. will be working closely with AWE Engineering on the installation of the AWE system in well-known charity, GKTW Village of Orlando, in the coming weeks.

THE REVOLUTIONARY AWE SYSTEM

The technology represents a quantum leap over conventional building HVAC and energy-management systems, offering the potential to dramatically improve the workplace/living environment while capturing significant savings for residential & commercial building owners/operators. Through a retrofit to HVAC systems on existing buildings, the system is capable of significantly reducing electrical costs, while also improving air quality and humidity control, and achieving the virtual elimination of mold and mildew in the building (mold is a common problem in subtropical climates such as Florida's.) In addition, the system also produces by-product pure water for use by building tenants.

Accordingly, EMTI wishes to caution readers of this announcement that its future actual results may differ materially from those that any forward-looking statements may imply. There is no assurance the above-described events will be completed. There can be no assurance of the ability of the Company to achieve sales goals, obtain contracts or financing, consummate acquisitions or achieve profitability in the future.
