Anyone wondering why this is still not shut down by the SEC or FBI? This scam was set up by corrupt agents and FBI informants Laura Anthony and Michael Pollaccia who worked with Peter Berney. They sell the shell to a sucker private company seeking to go public then turn in the buyer and the IR Firm pumping it. Selling their stolen shells then reporting back to the FBI and SEC so they can toot their own horn when they shut down the pump put into the market by their own informants.
