Not even half way through July, and people are talking about them missing the deadline?
I assume the F10 deadline was given by the auditor, Eric just made it public (he should have kept it to himself IMO)
VODwiz is under Eric's control and would require a better explanation than "my dog ate the server" to justify a delay.

I think they've been very busy with this media event recently. In the next few weeks things should fall into place
