FYI, Market manipulation as it pertains to SMCE is a deliberate attempt to interfere with the free and fair operation of the market and create artificial, false or misleading appearances with respect to the price of, or market for SMCE. First there's SMCE frontloading, P&D's, painting the tape daily, and now a deliberate manipulative coordinated price drive. In fact all of the above are manipulation, trying to avoid the massive losses by attempting to better the picture. It's not difficult to detect, one must merely have access to level II and a basic knowledge of trading. Stock price manipulation is illegal under U.S. securities law.
