I would like to know how this valuation was even figured and why anyone would pay this amount for a worthless shell. What did they do, just take the 20 billion authorized shares x a price of .0002? Another thing, when they claimed to have paid off the convertible from Carebourn, where did they get the money for that? They have never had a dime. There are holes in everything they say. IMO
