The RS here is not merely to dilute for funding operations at a loss. Read the filings and see. It is a necessity per the licensing deal and for future growth. It actually will build shareholder value rather than diminish it, as RS's tend to do.

This is getting harder and harder to short as the float gets locked down tighter and tighter. I would get in early Monday before another imminent pop.
