Peter's statement looks like a sneaky little set-up.

"Furthermore, our executives are also looking to
participate in a non-executive capacity in other investment vehicles that might, subject to satisfaction of all regulatory requirements, provide beneficial synergies."

Maybe this has been covered already, but I have NO IDEA what the heck he is referring to.

Can someone shed some light on this?
