Most of us never even received the original certs we were promised.



I fail to see how this selective issuance of the certificates can be legal. If a special dividend is announced and offered, which a certificate is a form of, they must be issued to ALL shareholders - Not just those deemed to be company friendly.

And no need to contact Kerry to get the certificates, there are these things called NOBO lists in existence.
