IMHO... I doubt that SUTI had to dip in hundreds of thousands of Dollars for 2% of "Canna And The City" and again it was a very reasonable % for Jorge's first deal...Not an unrealistic BS deal but a very good step for Jorge..and for the shareholders of SUTI.

I also believe that it is both the Medical and Recreational Revenue's from "Canna In the City"....I'm sure we could get a better explanation from Jorge. We aren't even sure if they will be selling Jorge's "Eco Vape" in the retail store yet!!!

Maybe when he is back from California.

As far as the revenue's I'm sure Lori and Scott helped and they took estimates from Similar Dispensary's and Retail stores as MJ was just legalized in Washington so they are estimated projected revenue....

Not to hard to understand...imho...
