That has nothing to do with the misrepresentation. The 35M was mentioned in an effort to minimize the 1M, implying the 1M was 1/35th as large. In fact, as now stated, they were only 350K, post split shares and 1/3rd the 1M.

These are the same issues any Audit firm and all accountants deal with all their lives....how to Balance such misstatements. It is doubtful that similar statements made by members of that profession are accidental.

And selling pre- split $.0005 acquired shares at .002 post split is not a quadruple, it is a loss of 96%. (Early this year is post split)

I accumulated 35M+ shares well before the split, at an average cost of .0005. I sold those shares early this year at about .002.




I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
