I don't know much about tender offers. In fact, I am no longer in WNTR and haven't been for about a year now. I am interested in WNTR still only/mainly because of the 30k shares I own in GCHI. I often check back here (on the WNTR IHub Message Board) for news and/or updates regarding GCHI. I also look for any WNTR news/updates because anything related to WNTR directly relates back to GCHI in both the short and long term(s).

I 'hope' for and look forward to positive news for WNTR as it affects GCHI. However, it is becoming obvious that Frank has indirectly, or unintentionally, sabotaged his own boat and WNTR is virtually a sinking ship and GCHI is on that ship. So, my 'hopes' for GCHI are dwindling quite rapidly, unfortunately.
