LOOK at-INCC's- 1yr-chart…..that SPIKE&subsequent-promo-fail-is-an-all-weekend-reminder of why a PENNY promo is ALWAYS a scary money loser for 98%…and the 2% doesnt hang around….

yesterday's DIP to a new low reveals the depth that this needs to go to FILL orders….

,,,AFTER all the good "news" that is touted here over the last 3-4 months…….INCC is hitting new lows every week

when that is explained, with just one factual tidbit or 3rd party evidence of accomplishment, then the DOUBT might subside…….until then, let me keep cleaning the sand……..
