Page #1:
"In addition to the equipment listed above, sellers will give best effort to facilitate an agreement between
"buyer" and Kofi Prempeh, to obtain the mining rights to 50 acres of land in Fihiakobo, Ghana, previously
obtained by SDI Co. Buyer understands that mineral rights are not tranferable and cannot be sold. In exchange for
$50,000 dollars paid to Kofi Prepeh for mining rights in Fihiakoboby SDI Co in 2013, Kofi as agreed to sign a new agreement
with Joel Natario for the mining rights on same 50 acres, for no additional money by Joel Natario..."

Page #2:
"This agreedment contains the terms of the purcharse of the equipment, with the understanding that a final version of the contract
will be produced with 7 business days of execution of this agreement."


Conclusion: No final contract released ever, just an agreement paper talking about the sale of the mining equipment and saying the seller will "help" with the mining rights that cannot be transfered.
