Again the question.....WHAT is there to buy out with a dirty shell and NO ASSETS??? I am sure you know of some hidden "gem" that this POS has

A. Have you read the I-BOX...spoken with investor relations...

B. Possibly you need to offer your shares to your broker for free and relieve yourself of any stress this investment causes you.

C. I could tell you what this GEM has but the answers you seek are at your own disposal and I get sorta testy if I write more than a few lines.
