O/S 275M 30M float No dilution
My understanding is that the O/S is 275M, float 30M and no dilution. Insiders hold 80% of O/S and restricted per Rule 144.
PR's out this coming week on JV finalization with Swiss bank and other good news of expansion IMHO will propel this stock.

Also, now on the Frankfurt Exchange, European investors now exposed to stock.
