Another reason Fund may want to settle include a delay in trial plus an appeal. That's got to be worth something. Since Fund owns 60% of AS in the agreement I cannot see Fund dropping more than 9% in a settlement. I think both side would be happy with a settlement of Fund owning 51% of AS. That's only if AS views their case as weak and they want to settle.
