It doesnt look like a laughing matter for TMM investors. The walls are closing in and there has been nothing but bad news lately.

HP served and preparing to fight back. A fight TMM cannont survive.

TMM announces its big new "product" and it turns out to be useless to any commercial use. The stock then tanks.

TMM continues its string of years of no revenues even after the new team issues 35(?) news releases in less that 4 years, spends about 6 million dollars, triples the outstanding shares, has zero patents issued and accomplishes nothing.

Everyone seems to understand TMM will stay in this stuck mode at least until this trial is over that TMM keeps delaying. Now we are looking at another year or two.

Meanwhile the industry leader Dimension has three patents awarded and from what I hear has more coming soon, actual contracts and seems to be conducting business as usual while TMM flounders.

Also, I asked about the big "page 2" controversy. I was told the pdf on the site is the same as what TMM filed with the court. So if you think there should be more you need to ask TMM about it or go to the court. These are all publicly filed documents anybody can review them.
