While I cannot explain the very very poor price action on ITEC, I have full confidence this thing is going to blow it out of the water and will do so in the not so distant future. It has taken much longer than anticipated to get all the permits, thanks to all the government environmental controls, so be it, but when approved these guys will be pulling gold out of the ground like no tomorrow. Just look at the plan, everything is in place to move forward. ITEC is a steal at these prices, an absolute steal.
