There is plenty of documentation under another company name. I'm not in the office right and will have to make this short.
HRAL has split into 2 entities, the clinic and the brand name.
The clinic is operating with in the AppleTree clinics.

They stopped posting the name HearAtLast because all the calls from penny stock people so please don't call.

The Hear at last brand and shares went to a public company that manufactured the hearing aids. Mark Cuban bought all the shares of that company and took it private. He moved that company to chicago and signed a contract with Walgreens. He is now returning the HRAL shares and taking that company back public. If you figure out the name of that company, you'll find the documentation your looking for.

We are now waiting to see which company will merge into which stock.
