Yep the next 8k should help clarify some things.

I see why they did the other 8k dated June 30. That is the last day of their 2nd quarter. 3rd quarter starts 3 mil less debt and 2nd quarter will show that debt removed. Good thinking & nice move to keep the books simple.

2 years to complete spin off
dividend for Kush share ratio unsure yet
4 - 6 months usually to complete spin off

I predict we clost between 2.90 & 3.00 :P

GLTA we are due for a very nice pop here I hope
