I recommend, if you have the funds, stacking the ask and hoping you get filled before the $.0002's are gone. I'm not that patient, but the rewards can be tremendous.

However, if you're like me, smack the $.0002's as hard as you can afford. I'd like to get this ball rolling as soon as possible.
