The Company has a good cash runway, and is not diluting the stock. Future news flow (remainder of July, and the months thereafter) will hopefully provide the reassurance you are seeking.

As you are aware I am extremely un-nerved at the stock price. I would really like to hear from the company to try to stabilize price. If I sell now I will lose over $200,000 but I think it may be the only way to save what little is left. Is there anything you can do to reassure me that you are not diluting the stock and/or going BK? This is not normal for a stock to slide this low while a PHlll is around the corner. I have been a solid and silent investor for almost a year now but may need to cut ties soon if nothing is done about the SP.                Thanks
