YaYa- While they are crooked, they are not stupid. They know they are guilty. If they didn't they would have rushed out with a "denial", expecting that by doing so would help them gain some votes. But on the other hand, they would have been putting out a "sworn" document that they knew was false adding perjury to their potential penalties. Right now they just want to hold their breath and pray that enough of their investors are clueless and vote with Management, no matter how corrupt the management.

Call me naive, but over the years, on issues directly dealing with ones personal money, I have found investors to be a lot smarter than the crooks give credit for.
