no GROW BY AUGUST, when they dont even have approval to plant seeds YET….what a sham

no licenses in March or July as promised

no WATER deal for July 2015

BRING up one PR that INCC has fulfilled………..NO ONE CAN…they all are delayed

or

OOOOPPPSS, "we changed course on that PR" so it doesnt matter anymore

those shareholders who have been fooled……..GET OUT…it aint going to 2 cents……...
