You're not understanding, in that scenario, it DOESN'T become the closing print. So your telling me if this happened to APPL everyday for months or even once for that matter it would be tolerated?

ie APPL last 10 4:00 prints 120.40, closing offer 120.40 then at 4:01 a print hits for $115, (because 1k of an intraday 5k order got filled there intraday) and 115 is the official closing price???, umm all fakkin hell would break lose. Please.
