I hope this can reverse the trend here!
But I don't know this is good or bad news! We already knew this acquisition.. Except it is telling us $550,000 worth of notes exchange for 24 month period! My question is how they will achieve this without increasing A/S and O/S? That's lots shares to cover! And no word on opening day... How soon they can sell those notes? Please someone help me to understand here! Tia!
