Matthew, we don't really know when Bodie received their settlement shares so hard to say for sure if the February high volume selloff was any of their shares. I remember back then many counting the shares being dumped and comparing the amount with another debt holder whom had been issued shares at a maturity date at that time.

However, the recent maturing of convertibles, by another debt holder, could not possibly have been sold into the market as there hasn't been enough volume since June 25th. That is partially what I was referring to. One would think that if they were afraid the lights were about to be turned off they would be dumping like crazy to recoup their investment while the stock still trades. They ultimately are insiders and have the pulse of the company. Therefore, the lack of dumping their shares is a good sign in my opinion.
