First, please learn your grammar and correct word choice.

Second, have some real facts on your accusations as 'super scary' red text is really not a bonafide business medium for business decisions.

This organization has been featured on many tier 1 broadcasts, all of which vet their stories quite stringently.

And OTC is Wild West as far as the SEC is concerned because they have 'fuck all' of resources to deal with managing the 'real' exchanges. So, in short, your warning is just self serving.
